Job Summary:
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and systems,
identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that improve organizational
efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and team
members to understand business needs and requirements, and develop and implement solutions
that meet those needs.

Help Project coordinator in day today activities
Monitor web portal of organization on routine basis and cross check the data filled by
agencies
Keeping the track records of payments done to agencies for their verified data
Handling any issues in the system and conduct research and analysis to identify trends and
best practices in business operations.
Ensuring the timely availability of data to marketing team to meet the requirement of
employers
Working closely with project coordinator for smooth and timely completion of various
tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, finance, computer science).
- Fresher or experience of 1-2 years as a business analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques and MS office
